Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by CODIGO CLEANING LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

CODIGO CLEANING LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. Our services include, but are not limited to, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.

2. Booking and Scheduling

• Services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
• We will confirm appointments via email or phone. A confirmation constitutes a binding agreement for services.
• Accurate information about your property and cleaning needs must be provided at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel services at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled service.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
• We understand emergencies occur and will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.

4. Access to Property

• You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to your property at the scheduled time.
• If access is provided through keys, codes, or lockboxes, this information will be kept confidential and secure.
• If we cannot access your property at the scheduled time after reasonable attempts, the service may be treated as a no-show.
• Please secure pets and inform us of any animals on the premises.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are based on the information provided at booking. Actual prices may vary based on the condition of the property.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and cash.
• Recurring clients may establish automatic payment arrangements.
• Prices are subject to change with notice for recurring services.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
• We will return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge.
• The property must be in substantially the same condition as when we left for the re-clean guarantee to apply.

7. Liability and Insurance

• CODIGO CLEANING LLC is fully insured and bonded.
• We exercise reasonable care in performing our services. In the event of accidental damage, please report it within 24 hours.
• We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or improper installation of fixtures.
• Clients should secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before service.
• Our liability for any damage is limited to the lesser of the item's actual cash value or the cost of repair.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs.
• Ensure a safe working environment free from hazards.
• Inform us of any special circumstances, allergies, or product preferences.
• Secure valuables, fragile items, and confidential materials.
• Provide working utilities (water, electricity) as needed for cleaning.

9. Health and Safety

• We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary for our team.
• If anyone in the household has a contagious illness, please inform us and consider rescheduling.
• We use standard cleaning products unless otherwise arranged. Please inform us of any chemical sensitivities.

10. Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or contract with any CODIGO CLEANING employee or contractor for cleaning services outside of CODIGO CLEANING LLC for a period of one year following your last service with us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CODIGO CLEANING LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
